Terms of Service

1. Who we are

IC pluginswp (the "Service") is operated by INTERCO SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, S.L., Spanish Tax ID B24973133, with registered office at Plaza de la Glorieta 9, entresuelo A, 30520 Jumilla, Murcia, Spain. Contact: hello@icpluginswp.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

IC pluginswp generates WordPress and WooCommerce plugin code using AI (Claude by Anthropic), provides a temporary 24-hour WordPress sandbox for testing, and delivers the plugin as a downloadable ZIP. Access is consumed through a pre-paid credit system.

4. Account

You must provide a valid email and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal; you may not share them. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Credits and payment

The Service operates on a pre-paid credit model. 1 credit = €0.01. Credits are purchased through Stripe in packs (Starter €10, Plus €25, Pro €50, Power €100). Credits are consumed when you generate a plugin, based on input/output tokens plus a fixed platform fee. Current rates and platform fees are displayed in-app before you confirm generation.

VAT applies where required by Spanish law. Invoices are available in your account. Payment disputes should be raised within 14 days of the charge.

6. First-plugin free trial

Every verified account gets one free plugin generation. Abuse detection is in place (multi-account, fingerprint, IP). Accounts flagged for abuse may lose the free trial benefit without refund.

7. Intellectual property of generated plugins

The plugin code you generate is yours. You receive full rights to use, modify, distribute and resell it. We claim no royalties and impose no usage restrictions on generated ZIPs. We retain a copy of the prompts and generated code for up to 30 days for service-delivery purposes.

8. Intellectual property of the Service

The IC pluginswp platform, brand, website, documentation, system prompts, templates and any proprietary pipeline components are the exclusive property of Interco Software Development, S.L. These Terms grant no rights to these materials.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious code, malware, or plugins designed to harm other systems.
• Circumvent billing, fingerprinting or abuse-detection mechanisms.
• Attempt to exfiltrate, probe or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Violate any applicable law, including data protection and consumer protection law.
• Resell the Service itself (as opposed to reselling plugins you generated).

10. No warranty on generated code

AI-generated code is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing, testing and deploying the code you download. The Service makes best-effort security and code-quality checks, but we do not guarantee the generated code is free from bugs, security vulnerabilities or compliance issues. You must review all code before using it in production.

11. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated via email or in-app notice when practical.

12. Refunds

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once added to your wallet. Credits consumed on failed generations (where validation failed or output was unusable) are refunded automatically. For other refund requests, contact hello@icpluginswp.com within 14 days of purchase; refunds are granted at our discretion in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law where applicable.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, access ends, unused credits are forfeited except where required otherwise by law, and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Murcia, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules establish otherwise.
